We just got back from our 3rd cruise - all planned with Carole. They have all been amazing experiences for us. We couldn't ask for better! All have been with Carnival - Triumph, Glory, and the Conquest to the caribbean. We enjoy a balcony cabin and have had no complaints whatsoever. The weather was pretty bad this last cruise with deck chairs blowing into the ocean! We had just a small bit of water inside by our cabin door and were given a $214 onboard credit for the "inconvienence"!!! Our 11 month grandson came on this cruise and he was certainly the center of the show everywhere we went. The staff treated him so wonderfully. Thank you Carole for your help once again. We will be booking again in a few months!

First of all, this was our VERY FIRST CRUISE and it was magical, amazing and well, we are already planning our next cruise and we chose our couple to go cruising with already! Now, I was scared in regards to planning our cruise but, Carole was there for me every step of the way so that there would be ZERO surprizes. We were well prepared and had an PHENOMENAL CRUISE thanks to our Cruise Planners God & Carole! We owe our wonderful vacation to you Carole and as I said in my email for as long as I live I could never ever imagine using anyone but you for our travel needs. You my dear are the best of the best. Now onto the cruise.. We sailed on December 16, 2006 and returned on December 23rd. We Sailed on Holland America's Ship called the MS Zuiderdam. WOW What a SHIP! If you are in the mood to be treated like a ROYALTY then try the MS Zuiderdam. We cruised to the Eastern Carribean and our ports were Grand Turk, Tortola, St. Thomas and the AMAZING Half Moon Cay! At Grand Turk our Teenagers, my hubby and I jumped on the Aqua Speed Boats and then snorkeled right off of our boats. We drove our own speed boats for 3 hours. The snorkeling was like nothing I could have ever imagined! The tourist section of the island was clean and perfect for us tourists! The judges at Grand Turk still wear those funky white haired wigs. Tortola, well we arrived late to Tortola so it cut our Virgin Gorda Caves and Snorkeling short but, it was still fun and the pictures we have are amazing. St. Thomas ahhh St. Thomas a short bus ride and we arrived at Coral World to snorkel and swim at our leisure and then venture to the under water observatory. WOW those sharks looked scary but, what a picture! We ignored the Iguana's and the lizards. They even had a Walmart! In St. Thomas we did most of our shopping and took a taxi to a roadside stand we had passed to get my son "The HAT". Leaving that port was a party in itself aboard the MS Zuiderdam. Rum Punch Oh Yeah!! Last but not least.. Holland America's Private Island "Half Moon Cay" My My we are so glad we reserved the clam shell umbrella in advance because we would not have gotten one otherwise. Finding a lawn Chair was easy though! The food was a thrill beyond words!! My hubby especially loved the food! We snorkeled "of course" then the boys "teens" headed out to swim with the Stingrays "they are just fine"! My son did cut his hand a little on the Stingray but, he's fine! There was a small water park even at the beach and even a play ground for the kiddo's too. Half Moon Cay is clean as a whistle and precious! The sands are white and soooo soft and the water is clear clear clear! The pictures with our under water cameras are amazing! Now about the ship: The crew oh my we loved our room Steward Acheng! The front desk staff: we loved Ivy and Oliviathe most but all were wonderful. Entertainment: Jon "Goose and Talana from the ships show cast became our buddies quickly and they even bought us drinks twice, they tried many other times but, we already had ordered drinks. We are emailing them now to stay in touch! DJ Sparky well, he needs to learn the electric slide better but that guy is so funny and a joy to hang with at Northern Lights! In the Vista Dining room we had the pleasure of Servers Bang Bang and No No and Supervisor Mazda! WOW What a TEAM they were. Paul our wine attendant was awesome too! Oh and Daddy on the Lido deck was more than a fun time! The dynamic duo OMELET TEAM knew what we like in and on our omelets by the second day and did not even have to ask us but they did for just in case. Oh and those two were always singing Christmas Carol's. What a hoot!!! Jay our Cruise Director was definitely a ladies man. We spent time chatting with him on many occassions! He's a hoot too! He is on his post at all times!!! Now the food: We did not gain any weight because we walked the stairs a lot and snorkeled and swam a lot. BUT... they were trying very hard to fatten us up and it would have worked if we let them. Their are foods to meet every dietary issue that's for sure! This ship is sooo elegant! You can feel comfortable regardless of what class of person you are. Just let Carole take care of you, relax and enjoy..... then go on another cruise!!! Money: Well, we brought way too much cash! On the ship our total bill was about $500. Off of the ship we did a little bit of shopping and spent maybe $100 each person. I am not a shopper! So all totaled we spent airline, cruise, shopping, and final ship totals $1,500 each! GREAT TRIP GREAT PRICE! THANK YOU GOD, CAROLE and MS Zuiderdam (Holland of America) Rita R. Knox
